Our client Jubilee Life Insurance Limited is looking for a Team Manager in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to meet performance targets and company goals.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Develop team skills by identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops/training sessions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Resolve conflicts and assist team members in overcoming obstacles.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with upper management and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the industry and the specific challenges faced by the organization.
