JOB DETAILS

We are hiring Phone Banking Officers to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates must be confident, well-spoken, and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is mandatory
  
• Must be below 30 years of age
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
  
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
