The Role
As Programme Administrator, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Administration: Proactively manage calendars, ensuring leadership is prepared, briefed, and on time for all engagements.
  • Strategic Correspondence: Act as a primary point of contact; drafting professional internal and external communications, and ensuring professional client correspondence.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution across the team.
  • Research & Special Projects: Conduct market research, assist in workshop coordination, and help implement new organisational tools and systems.
