Account Executive (Cold Calling & Outbound Sales)
The Role
We are looking for a confident and resilient Account Executive to drive outbound sales and engage directly with business owners and executives in the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outreach environments, is comfortable navigating gatekeepers, and enjoys turning cold conversations into meaningful business opportunities.
You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers and introducing our high-value digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound outreach including 60+ cold calls per day
Connect with decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, and C-suite executives
Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with qualified prospects
Pitch and position high-ticket services including Web Development, App Development, SEO, and UI/UX solutions
Manage leads and pipeline using CRM tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, and Salesforce
Handle objections professionally and convert conversations into sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Requirements
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B sales development
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to confidently speak with US-based business owners and executives
High emotional intelligence and resilience when handling objections or rejection
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
Nice to Have
Experience selling digital services, SaaS, or marketing solutions
Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Previous experience selling to the US or international markets
