Responsibilities:

• Translate market trends and company vision into product requirements and functional specifications
  
• Build processes to ensure we scale payments efficiently
  
• Aid in the management of relationships with new and existing financial institutions
  
• Identify important trends to incorporate into business strategy (changing regulatory environments, payments industry, aggregator models, e-commerce, key industry segments, etc within the region)
  
• Support governance processes for business payments
  
• Draw on internal/external market research and competitive intelligence in order to identify new market opportunities
  
• Work with customers, development, support, sales, marketing and the management team to design features and specifications that will grow the company's revenues and increase customer satisfaction
  
• Work with the development team on wireframes and prototypes to enhance the usability and functionality of the application
  
• Understand and enhance the digital payments experience for value chain partners by reducing friction and adding digital features to deliver a superior customer experience
  

Qualifications for payments product manager

• 5+ years of experience working as a product manager in the digital financial services space
  
• Detail oriented, Comfortable with managing technical/new product development processes
  
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business partners
  
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA
  
• Experience with prototyping tools, such as FIGMA
  
• Experience with flowcharting tools, such as Microsoft Visio
