Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare reports on sales progress and forecast future sales.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
