[b]Responsibilities:[/b] - Assist in the development and implementation of QA processes, procedures, and policies. - Participate in the planning and execution of test plans and test cases. - Identify, document, and track defects found during testing. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality during the software development lifecycle. - Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify issues and areas for improvement. - Review requirements specifications to ensure clarity and completeness. - Support the QA team in executing manual and automated tests. - Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methods. [b]Requirements:[/b] - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods. [b]Qualifications:[/b] - Familiarity with basic programming concepts and coding is a plus. - Understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries. - Experience with issue tracking and test management tools is advantageous. - Knowledge of automated testing tools is beneficial but not required. - Passionate about quality and keen on pursuing a career in quality assurance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
