Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads through research and Linkedin outreach.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives to advance the sales process.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate prospect and customer data.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company innovations.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to work in-person and commit to a full-time schedule.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills for career progression within the organization.
