Our client Alif2zee is looking for Content Creator to work remotely.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Creative Content Production

• Create high-quality Reels, TikToks, and short-form fashion content.
• Shoot, edit, and publish content independently.
• Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Create OOTD-style videos and styling content featuring western apparel.
• Turn trending sounds and formats into fashion-relevant content quickly.
• Build and maintain a simple content calendar based on trends and product drops.

Trend & Platform Intelligence

• Track daily trends on Instagram and TikTok.
• Identify viral formats early and adapt them to Alif2Zee's brand voice.
• Understand how hooks, captions, timing, and audio affect reach and engagement.
• Experiment with formats and improve content performance over time.

Research & Performance Tracking

• Conduct independent research for fresh ideas and creative angles.
• Monitor engagement metrics and content performance.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve reach and visibility.

Who Were Looking For (Requirements)

• Can shoot content and edit on the go with fast turnaround.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating fashion-forward content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems.
• Familiar with basic video editing tools (CapCut,InShot, VN, etc.).
• Understands trends, meme culture, and short-form storytelling.
• Self-driven and able to work without constant supervision.
• Interested in western fashion and styling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling (can include personal pages or freelance work).
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience creating Reels/TikToks with measurable engagement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking ability.
