JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a Finance & FP&A professional with experience working in a creative / marketing / digital agency environment. The role will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will evolve based on business needs. Experience with international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  
• Assist with management reporting and financial analysis
  
• Track revenue, costs, and profitability at a high level
  
• Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders as required
  
• Contribute to improving financial visibility and controls

Exact scope and ownership areas will be finalized post-hiring based on business priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A
  
• Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agency
  
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
  
• Comfortable working in a remote setup
  
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving role scope

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients or markets
  
• Exposure to agency economics (retainerships, project costing, utilization)
