Data Engineer - PostEx

Our client PostEx is looking for Data Engineer in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch & real-time)
· Implement and manage CDC pipelines for reliable data synchronization across systems
· Automate business reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
· Optimize and maintain ClickHouse for high-performance analytics and query efficiency
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across multiple data sources
· Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements
· Improve data architecture to support Logistics and FinTech analytics use cases
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline failures and performance issues
· Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· Strong experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing
· Hands-on experience with CDC tools and streaming data architectures
· Strong proficiency in ClickHouse (optimization, schema design, query tuning)
· Experience with SQL and distributed data systems
· Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or equivalent)
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
· Experience working in high-scale data environments (Logistics/FinTech preferred)
