Our client Techtiks Global is looking for Inbound Sales Executive in Lahore.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Process orders and ensure accurate documentation is kept.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a inbound teleco sales preferably in an inbound sales capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
