Retail Maintenance Engineer

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Retail Maintenance Engineer (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute and follow up on planned maintenance activities for service stations and lube shops, ensuring timely completion and minimum operational disruption.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure proper condition of station facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
3. Coordinate with maintenance contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion and quality of maintenance works.
4. Review maintenance work orders, quotations, and invoices and follow up on required approvals and corrective actions.
5. Monitor maintenance expenses and support the control of Maintenance OPEX in line with the approved budget.
6. Coordinate with Procurement and relevant departments for required maintenance materials, equipment, and spare parts.
7. Follow up on maintenance calls and ensure timely closure, proper documentation, and resolution of recurring issues.
8. Support service station projects, renovations, and equipment installations by coordinating site activities and following up on contractor execution.
9. Ensure maintenance activities comply with company standards, HSE requirements, and applicable technical regulations.
10. Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates on station maintenance status, costs, outstanding issues, and contractor performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- (3~4 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
