Transportation Safety & GPS Coordinator

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Safety & GPS Coordinator (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor transportation activities and ensure compliance with HSE, transportation, and road safety standards.
2. Monitor fleet movements, routes, stops, speed, and deviations through the GPS system.
3. Monitor driver compliance with speed limits, driving hours, routes, and safe driving requirements.
4. Follow up on vehicle/driver licenses, permits, inspections, and safety documentation.
5. Prepare daily and periodic GPS and transportation safety reports and track violations.
6. Coordinate with Transportation, Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations teams to address safety issues.
7. Follow up on accidents, incidents, and near misses, including investigations and corrective actions.
8. Escalate critical safety violations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
9. Support Driver Safety and Defensive Driving programs.
10. Maintain records of GPS violations, incidents, safety performance, and corrective actions.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and road transportation regulations.
12. Support continuous improvement of transportation safety and GPS monitoring processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
- (1~3 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
