About the job Senior Client Relation
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue Invoices for the Client and make sure that the transfer has been done to can enter the transaction on the SAP system.
- Perform deals with Clients.
- Handle Client complaints (Operational or Maintenance) and inquiries.
- Monitoring the Client consumption
- Prepare data analysis report which included (Amount of Clients / Number of complaints / Maintenance & Financial).
- Focal Point between developer & TAQA.
- Prepare a data analysis report for the developer (Number of new Clients & Number of disconnected Clients)
- Ensure that the clients have done all the notes needed for meter installation.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree required.
- Very Good/Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Working knowledge of Client service software, databases and tools.
- Dealing directly with Clients either by telephone or face to face and responding promptly to Client inquiries.
- Problem Solving
- Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
- 3-5 Years experience
