Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Section Head to join our team and oversee the administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the administration department, including reception, office services, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's facilities, including office space, equipment, and vehicles.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental activities, expenses, and budgets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
