Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance on best practices for conducting effective interviews
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and interview processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations are a plus
