Network Security Officer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Network Security Officer to safeguard our organization's network systems. If you have solid knowledge in network security and a passion for preventing cyber threats, we want you to lead the charge in securing our digital communications and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Design, implement, and monitor network security measures.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular audits and security assessments of systems, applications, and networks.
• Ensure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices are secured and up to date.
• Track network security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.
• Monitor network traffic to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activity.
• Implement security policies and ensure network compliance with organization policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge in network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
