FP&A Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated FP&A Manager to join our team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions of our company, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision making

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement

- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts

- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform financial planning and analysis decisions

- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
