Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and office assistants

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration

- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management

- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office space

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Address and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the administrative staff

- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field

- 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Experience in budget management and cost control

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving results

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
