About the job Business Development Section Head
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Conduct thorough business research to identify new markets and emerging customer needs.
Organize and lead business development meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities.
Promote TAQA Power's products/services by understanding and addressing clients' objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Lead and mentor an entry-level team to support the successful implementation of company strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
A Masters degree is a plus.
8-10 years of proven experience in business development and/or sales, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Desired Skills:
Strong business development and market research expertise.
Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and presentation skillsthe ability to communicate both technical and non-technical concepts.
High intelligence quotient, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet goals effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, CRM, Power BI, and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work proactively and under pressure, maintaining performance in stressful and uncertain environments.
