About the job Accounting & Admin Supervisor
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement and maintain administration, petty cash procedures
2. Plan, control and follow up terminal expenses within the approved budget, terminal zero base (OPEX/CAPEX)
3. Prepare studies for operation expenses deviation.
4. Controlling the petty cash & all accounting payable on time.
5. Responsible for all terminal expenses (utilities, governorates fees, contractors, vendors and rent payable)
6. Maintaining the filling system of the terminal. Control the incoming & out coming document between the terminal, H.O. & external authority.
7. Controlling all contracts, operation licensees & permits (issue renewal / having tracking system)
8. Controlling the terminal gates, security team, CCTV system and all services inside the terminal. Develop & implement the necessary security guidelines.
9. Controlling the security logs book, manpower attendance, annual leaves, and overtimes
10. Preparing the terminal management reports.
11. To maintain a good business relationship with the governorate authorities, services providers, EGPC, refineries and competitor companies.

- Minimum 5 years of Terminal operations & SSHE experience.
- Good English language.
