About the job Sales Key account Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Following up on the achievement by brand/channel
2. Network expansion/Channel
3. Monitoring and following up on the achievement of the distribution KPIS:
4. Route Compliance
5. Number of daily visits: Review targets periodically, monitoring distributor achievement and communicating with distributor SM
6. Focus SKU by channel: Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
7. Positive calls: Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
8. Drop Size and line/call: Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
9. Market visits: 50%-75%of his time in the market
10. Monitoring trade communication
11. Ensure the right implementation of the trade activities and schemes
12. Monitoring activities of MBR and BIWS/IWS
13. Monitoring stock level/distributor and prepare orders accordingly
14. Monitoring trade stocks and sell out: trade stock and sell out report
Education and Experience required:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree required.
- 1-3 Years of experience in a retail and sales network.
- Very Good command of English Language (Witten & Spoken).
