Position Overview:
TAQA Arabia Power Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Manager to join our growing team. This role will lead the design and execution of organizational development (OD) and talent management strategies that drive business performance and employee growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to enhancing our organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor talent management and OD strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development opportunities and create targeted action plans.
- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Partner with department leaders to assess capability gaps and deliver relevant training and development programs.
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and cultural alignment.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures that support organizational development and employee engagement.
- Leverage HR analytics to assess trends, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.

Oversee the OD budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OD team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent and OD initiatives.

Deep knowledge of performance and change management best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
