Position Overview:

TAQA Arabia - Power Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OD Section Head to join our team. The OD Section Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to support the company's organizational development efforts. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and development.

- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

- Lead and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and design and deliver training programs.

- Implement change management strategies to support organizational changes and initiatives.

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to organizational development.

- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

- Manage the OD budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

- Lead and mentor a team of OD professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, preferably in the energy industry.

- Proven experience developing and implementing OD strategies and initiatives.

- Strong understanding of performance management and change management processes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience managing a team and providing mentorship and guidance.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
