Job Overview:
As a Financial Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our financial clients. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for financial clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring that all payments are received on time and in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present reports to management on client satisfaction, account status, and any potential risks.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
