About the job Senior GL Accountant

Job Requirements: 

· Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy of month-end close procedures

· Participating in the preparation of annual budgets

· Conducting monthly budget vs. actual analysis with cause of changes

· Analyzing financial information to summarize the financial status and provide insights to management

· Assisting with tax audits and preparing tax returns to ensure compliance with regulations.

· Handling quarterly and year end external Auditor requirements

· Strong problem solving & time management skills.

· Work under stress and meeting deadlines.

Job Specifications: 

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

· 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.

· SAP user is a must. 

· Strong accounting background with expertise in general ledger management

· Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in tax compliance.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial information.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

· Relevant certification such as CMA, CPA or IFRS diploma is preferred.
