Process Design Engineer

Job Description

1. Perform the Process Design & Equipment Selection for RO Desalination Projects.
2. Perform Detailed Process Design Package [Hydraulic, Mechanical & Chemical] Calculations.
3. Prepare Layouts, Process Flow Diagrams [PFD], Process & Instrumentation Diagrams [P&ID].
4. Develop the Control Philosophy for the Operation of RO Water Desalination Projects.
5. Prepare Full Project Deliverables Package [BOM] to be Procured through the Procurement Department.
6. Monitor & Control the Internal Backoffice Operations to Ensure the Successful Operation of Desalination Plants.
7. Interface with Other Internal Engineering Disciplines [Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Automation/Architecture] to Ensure Coordinated Designs & Complete Engineering Deliverables.
8. Study Process Problems, Analyzing Issues & Performs Necessary Design Corrective Modifications.
9. Follow Up on the Inside/Outside Repair Services for the Defected Equipment.
10. Prepare the Technical/Financial Proposals During the tendering Phase of the Desalination Projects.
    

Job Requirements

1. Engineering bachelor's degree (Mechanical Power).
2. Fresh graduate or 2025 graduate as Maximum.
3. Military service completed, exempted.
4. Overall Graduation Grade is Very good.
5. Expertise in Water Treatment [0-1 Years]
6. Process Design and Process Engineering Skills
7. Excellent English command.
8. Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment
9. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
