IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and support the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Document business processes and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Support system testing, UAT, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL and APIs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP or enterprise applications is preferred.
