Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead material planning and inventory management activities, ensuring the efficient execution of construction, maintenance, and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage material requirements plans to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Analyze demand forecasts and ensure the timely availability of critical materials while optimizing inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with Technical, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to align material supply with project schedules and business priorities.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives to improve stock availability, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and enhance warehouse performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and SAP functionality to enhance planning accuracy, reporting, and overall supply chain performance.
• Develop planning KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the planning team while promoting best practices in supply chain planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with SAP (MM/MRP) and advanced planning and inventory management processes.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional Supply Chain certification is preferred (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, CIPS, or an equivalent accredited Supply Chain certification).
