Transportation Freight Coordinator

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Freight Coordinator (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain business relationships with transportation contractors and coordinate daily with CSC Planning and Terminal Dispatch teams to resolve transportation and planning issues.
2. Review daily transportation plans and tank truck availability to maximize utilization and ensure sufficient capacity to achieve the plan.
3. Prepare and maintain transportation reports covering truck utilization, efficiency, unit cost, and daily availability.
4. Ensure GPS availability and functionality across all tank trucks and monitor GPS operations regularly.
5. Follow up on unfulfilled orders, delivery receipts, contractor freight invoices, toll documents, and related transportation issues.
6. Prepare contractor payment requisitions, perform monthly freight closing and calculations, and ensure required approvals are obtained.
7. Maintain transportation records and documentation for trucks, drivers, and contractors; prepare/update contractor contracts and participate in transportation studies such as freight increases and optimal shipping sources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
- (1~3 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
