Fuel Controlling Accountant

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Fuel Controlling Accountant (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for EGPC accounts & other related companies' accounts (payments, confirmations, analysis, and reconciliation).
2. Responsible for EGPC program calculation cost and following any problem related to EGPC.
3. Participate in the process of fuels prices & Margins increase as per EGPC & Fuel Pricing Committee.
4. Review & enter the relative P.V's to Sun cardex and review receipts for each product.
5. Perform a monthly inventory reconciliation as well as Inventory Control Follow-up.
6. Conduct analysis for the operational accounts (Transportation fees, Handling fees, ATG commission, EGPC Incentive, Quantity Equation, fixed refund, P.V, competitors).
7. Review all Fuels accruals for Handling Fees, Transportation, Fuels Incentives.
8. Recording all Fuel related entries on a monthly basis.
9. Responsible for the monthly closing process related to fuels control. 10. Manage all capitalization entries for all projects.
11. Conduct analysis for all projects under constructions.
12. Perform other similar or related duties when assigned by Accounting Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree of accounting or related certificates is required.
- (1~3 Years) Experience in Finance or related to the field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
