Transportation Operations Coordinator

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Operations Coordinator (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily transportation operations and fuel deliveries to service stations, ensuring execution of the transportation plan.
2. Coordinate with Terminals, Dispatchers, Drivers, and Contractors to ensure smooth and timely operations.
3. Follow up on tank truck assignments, loading, dispatch, delivery, and return trips.
4. Monitor station orders, truck/driver availability, delivery status, and resolve operational issues or delays.
5. Monitor tank truck movements through GPS and follow up on routes, locations, stops, and delivery status.
6. Coordinate with HSE and relevant teams regarding transportation safety, incidents, and operational violations.
7. Maintain transportation records and prepare daily/periodic reports covering trips, deliveries, delays, incidents, and operational performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
- (1~3 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
