Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive effective training.
Monitor industry trends to integrate innovative learning techniques into our programs.
Conduct regular evaluations of employee performance to inform development strategies.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
