We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts receivable, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

What You'll Do:
Engage with Customers: Make routine calls to customers, turning each interaction into a positive experience while securing payments for goods or services.
Handle with Care: Identify calls that need special attention or customized responses and escalate them to the right team members.
Tech-Savvy Solutions: Use our advanced computerized system to track accounts, gather information, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of customer payment histories and account statuses, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Communication Pro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and handle challenging situations with ease.

Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions that leave customers satisfied.

Tech Enthusiast: Proficiency in using computerized systems and software for tracking and information gathering.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
Previous 2 years experience in auto collections and consumer loans collections is a must, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential Work experience from the BPO Industry College Undergraduate are welcome to apply
