What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
