What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance skills and productivity.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
