What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Document all interactions and solutions in the support system.
Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex problems.
Assist in creating user manuals and FAQs for common issues.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
What Were Looking For:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
