We are looking for a dedicated ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) Specialist to join our team in Bulacan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards, with the ability to implement effective health and safety programs within the organization.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain environmental, safety, and health policies
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance
Collaborate with departments to promote a safe working environment
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Provide training on safety practices and emergency procedures
Monitor performance metrics to improve ESH initiatives
Prepare reports for management review on ESH activities

What Were Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in an ESH role or similar capacity
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to perform risk assessments effectively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
