Director of Nursing (RN) – Womens and Childrens Health

Position Overview

Were seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Women's and Children's Health division, overseeing clinical operations, patient care delivery, and team development across maternity and pediatric services. This role is ideal for a nurse leader with deep experience in maternal-child health and a passion for collaborative, patient-focused care. You'll be empowered to drive clinical quality while fostering strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and anesthesia providers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Active or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia

• Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in Women's and Childrens Health

• Strong leadership presence with ability to engage and lead multidisciplinary teams

• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain within defined timeframe)
