RN Nurse Manager Operating Room

Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Operating Room team in a high-acuity, mission-driven surgical environment. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, staff development, and patient care coordination in the OR with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

• NRP certification for applicable units (Postpartum within 90 days; all others within 180 days of orientation)

• Minimum of five years of experience in the operating room or surgical specialty

• At least three years of management or leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing
