Position Overview
Were seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a leading pediatric therapy team supporting children with autism and related developmental needs. This role is ideal for a behavior analyst who is passionate about applied behavior analysis (ABA), collaborative care, and measurable progress. You'll oversee therapy plans, support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with families to ensure client success across home, school, and community settings.

Required Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
or a masters degree with completed ABA coursework (BCBA eligibility required) -
Knowledge of ABA principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills

Proficiency in English (spoken and written); bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Ability to communicate effectively with staff and respond to evolving client needs

Willingness to travel occasionally between client sites
Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in a second language (additional base pay available for bilingual candidates)

Experience providing behavior analytic services (new BCBAs welcome to apply)
