Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Masters degree in Nursing (or willingness to complete within two years)

Current RN license (or license acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing)

Minimum of three to five years of clinical nursing experience

At least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role

Direct experience with LVAD/VAD and ECMO programs
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in a clinical specialty or nursing administration

Background as a charge nurse, nurse manager, or director in cardiovascular services
