About the job Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician
We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician to join a dedicated mental health team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals and families in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a clinical or community setting
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to appropriate support services
Promote wellness, recovery, and culturally informed care for Spanish-speaking clients
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Current CT independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
Bilingual in Spanish and English
05 years of clinical experience
