Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg (Nights)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg to join our team for the night shift in Mayfield, KY. This role focuses on providing high-quality medical-surgical nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring effective treatment and recovery. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Kentucky, at least an associate degree in nursing, and a commitment to long-term career growth in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit, including monitoring, medication administration, and patient assessments.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and document findings in accordance with hospital policies.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-hospital care, and health management.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Work night shifts and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Active RN license for Kentucky.
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors degree (BSN) preferred.
