Operating Room RN Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Manager to lead perioperative services at a reputable healthcare facility in Portland, OR. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staffing, and compliance within the surgical environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and operational leadership for the operating room nursing team
Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow for surgical services
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff to optimize surgical outcomes
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Lead performance improvement and staff development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
Recent first-line management experience
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
