Registered Nurse Acute Med-Surgical (Day & Night Shifts, Full-Time)

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses for our Acute Medical-Surgical Unit in Everett, WA, with day and night shift opportunities available. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to med-surg patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and smooth transitions
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in unit-based initiatives and continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington RN license upon hire
BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
ACLS certification (AHA) within 90 days of hire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

National certification in area of specialty upon hire
