RN NICU (Level IV)

Position Overview:
Tap Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Providence in Seattle, Washington. In this critical care role, you will provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns, collaborating closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the most fragile patients.

This position offers the opportunity to work in one of the regions most advanced NICU environments, where cutting-edge technology, evidence-based practice, and teamwork define every shift.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association, upon hire.

• National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) American Academy of Pediatrics, upon hire.

• One year of NICU nursing experience.

• One to two years of total nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• National Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.

• Experience working in a Level III or IV NICU environment.
