Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Benefits to lead benefits operations for a healthcare organization in Houston, Texas. This leadership role is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Director will oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and program optimization to support employee engagement and organizational goals. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $144,000 to $185,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to lead impactful benefits initiatives within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing benefits operations, including the implementation and administration of benefit programs.
- Experience managing employee benefits within a healthcare organization.

Demonstrated expertise in plan design, evaluation, compliance, and implementation for:
- Health and welfare benefit programs
- Retirement plans including pension, 401(k), and 403(b) programs
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, optimize programs, and lead benefits strategy initiatives.
