Position Overview:
Tap Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead the Home Infusion Pharmacy team within Home and Community Care (HCC) in Spokane Valley, Washington. This position is ideal for a nursing professional who combines clinical expertise with leadership skills and a passion for patient-centered care delivered in home and community settings.

The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor clinical staff in providing safe, high-quality infusion therapy to patients. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent education/experience).

  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • Four years of experience in home infusion or a related clinical specialty.

  • Two years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team support, patient oversight, or interdepartmental collaboration.

  • Upon request: Valid drivers license and auto insurance; caregivers must comply with all state laws and organizational driving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) or similar specialty certification.

  • Experience developing policies, managing budgets, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
