Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions affecting their ability to perform daily activities, focusing on improving functional independence and overall quality of life.

You will work closely with patients and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans and provide education to support long-term recovery and wellness. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to build lasting patient relationships in an outpatient setting.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
